Could we have ArtBot's Staysafe? message become automated in #for-sale-listings and #trade-swaps every 6 hours?

If each channel could be offset by 3 hours that would be ideal, for example:

#for-sale-listings - 9am, 3pm, 9pm, 3am
#trade-swaps - 12pm, 6pm, 12am, 6am
