Selecting a country for the "Explore" tab

For certain reasons I use a VPN. In my VPN, I have a different country specified than the country I am staying in. In the InnerTune app, I have included my country of residence wherever possible. But despite this, on the "Explore" tab I am offered songs from the country specified in the VPN.

Can you add the ability to manually select the content country for the Explore tab? The current settings do not work.
