depending on how the images are reconstructed, the thickness may be encoded across the y or the z axis. currently aidaqc assumes it is on the z axis.
this is not the case for RAS or LPI encoded niftis.
afni 3dsample states the following
For example OR_CODE = LPI is the standard
'neuroscience' orientation, where the x-axis is
Left-to-Right, the y-axis is Posterior-to-Anterior,
and the z-axis is Inferior-to-Superior.
Describe the solution you'd like
replace slicethick to spatrz in all aidaqc outputs.
