Description: What are you proposing?
Town members and allies of that town should not be able to damage and kill the raid entity with their own attacks and skills.

Purpose: What use-case does this have? Why would we implement it?
Being able to damage your own town's raid entity can be problematic in cases that you're trying to defend it and AoE skills damage it, or from intentional and unintentional griefing from a town or allied-town member.
