As a Researcher
I want files containing trait data to include a DOI and ALA to be able to resolve the DOIs to the data associated with the DOI
So that I can easily cite the trait data I am using

This will mean extending DOI functionality to the files created for traits. Where trait information is added to existing downloads, the DOI functionality should already exist.
