[Feature Request] Toggle private messages with specific user

A command like /msg toggle morsmorse that would toggle private chat with morsmorse, so that when it is activated a "normal" chat without /msg username is directly sent as private message to morsmorse.

Or if you just use /msg morsmorse without message to toggle it.

This would be very useful for players, who get messages from many different people so that they can easily write messages to the person they want without someone interfering just before hitting send on /r message
