Protect: Remove "new" badge from Firewall tab

Related to #38415

Proposed changes:

• Removes the "new" badge from the Firewall tab in Jetpack Protect.
• While this task is a part of the account protection project, it can be merged directly into trunk as the changes are irrelevant to the add/account-protection project branch.

Other information:

• Have you written new tests for your changes, if applicable?
• Have you checked the E2E test CI results, and verified that your changes do not break them?
• Have you tested your changes on WordPress.com, if applicable (if so, you'll see a generated comment below with a script to run)?
