DHL shipping labels — Pass shipper and receiver email address to DHL

DHL has advised that we pass to them both phone numbers and email addresses, so they have an alternative way to contact the shipper and receiver if for some reason they are unable to deliver a package.

This should decrease the likelihood of a package being marked as "return to origin" because no one picked up the phone.
