When you have no drafts the drafts drawer has a suggestion to start a new post, which you're already doing and the button just reloads the page:

We should hide the drafts link when there are none or update it to include some motivation to write a post without an action.

Comment: "I think a good solution would be to render the "drafts" button as "disabled" by default (based on this.props.count)."
