Add an option to keep all images the same size.

Why

Whenever the number of images in a gallery is not equally divisible by the number of columns, the last row has huge images. Some users just want to be able to show images the same size as they add more images to their gallery, and while they can do that with row blocks and individual images, it's not necessarily intuitive.

They also could have used the Jetpack Masonry gallery, but its images sort top to bottom order rather than in left-to-right rows, which my user did not want.

How

I would probably put an equal size toggle near "Crop images to fit" -- or this may be a good option for Jetpack galleries instead.
