Description

While building the Windows project and generating the MSIX is currently supported, there is currently no signing that takes place. While there could be an argument for doing this as part of the build itself this blocks scenarios where you may want to use Azure KeyVault.

A new Target should be added that is triggered by the Windows build. If there is a Base64 encoded Certificate it should use that to sign the artifact, otherwise we should have a task that uses the KeyVault to do the signing for us.
