The web audio API allows it. And we do want to try to expose the web audio API pretty directly. But duplicate connections seems pointless!

Perhaps we can issue a warning (alert or alert-like) to let the user know that they are about to make a duplicate connection. Duplicate connections should be properly visualized after #17, I would think.
