1 . download the tar.gz file from here
2 . open up the ish and click on the settings , if you don't have ish download it from here
3 . click on the "filesystems" section
4 . click on the "import" button
5 . find the file you have downloaded
6 . select the filesystem you have imported
7 . click on the "boot from this file system" section
8 . reopen the ish
