[Unity Catalog] - Change Setup.py notebook

Task for #765

Once Unity Catalog is created, the setup.py needs the following updates.
DoD

• Have a cell that does the following SQL Command "USE CATALOG sensordata"
• Update table DDL by removing the table location path in the creation option (task [Unity Catalog] - Upgrade task of uploading Date/Time Dims to a notebook that creates them (deploy bash script) #984
• Completion of task [Unity Catalog] - Upgrade task of uploading Date/Time Dims to a notebook that creates them (deploy bash script) #984
