Describe the bug
Unable to deploy playbooks after installing sentinel solution

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "Illumio SaaS Integration" in content hub and install
  2. Select 'port block switch' or 'quarantine workload' playbook and configure it
  3. When attempting to deploy, it fails with the message
    "The template validation failed: 'The value for the workflow parameter '$connections' at line '1' and column '176' is not provided.'."

Expected behavior
The deployment works as expected when executed from arm template, but fails when attempting to deploy from content hub.
