Description

Big user of Azure Virtual Desktop - Please rename the WVD Log Analytics Diagnostics Policies from WVD to AVD and include the new available diagnostics options for each resource

Updated Diagnostics Policies for AVD.
HostPools to include NetworkData and SessionHostManagment categorys.

I've moved this to the Enterprise-Scale repository as this is where we author policies consumed by the reference implementations.

We will triage this accordingly and provide updates here.
