question about image tag for kubernetes-ingress in mcr.microsoft.com

hey, team, looks like the latest release for image kubernetes-ingress is 1.7.5, but in mcr.microsoft.com, there is a latest tag with different digest, what is the difference between the tag 1.7.5 and latest in mcr.microsoft.com?

The reason we want to understand this is because this image is flagged in our acr when we repush it to our local acr after pulling from mcr.
