Blobtriggers never processed

We have a busy function app which was not updated in a while. On Thursday (23.02) we updated the function to v4 and it just.... stopped.
We see in the logs that it still queries the blob storage bub the function itself is never executed. Also the scaninfo shows the last scan on 23.02.
For me it looks like a zombie - it pretends to do something but nothing happens.
