Why I did it
This enables the system status LED on the Seastone2 and makes it easy to see whether the system is running properly.
How I did it
Most of the logic is already there, it just requires some glue code in the platform module.
Other Celestica devices can easily be supported by adding the respective paths in their
chassis.json
.How to verify it
Deploy on a Seastone2, check the system status LED.
