Why I did it

How I did it
kdump-tools package has USE_KDUMP set to 1. When setting up kdump configuration as part of the SONiC image creation, keep it in disabled mode. This is set in the file /etc/default/kdump-tools. User enables kdump using appropriate configuration commands. This avoids kdump errors on first boot.
How to verify it
On first boot notice that no errors are printed on the console.
