Why I did it
This PR is created to Test the existing Kubernetes Feature.
How I did it
Modified rules/config file with Kubernetes feature, and added a string in azure-pipelines-build file to enable the behavior of Kubernetes
How to verify it
I am trying to build a custom image with the Kubernetes feature enabled. I have been trying to build a local VS image, but facing issues in 202305, and 202211 branches. Now Trying with master on Azure pipelines.
