This patch adds support SONiC Linux Kernel DTS file for Supermicro 1G switch SSE-G3748.
The DTS file is derived from Marvell RD-AC5X reference board dts file ac5-98dx35xx-rd.dts.
SPI flash partition and i2c1 device configuration are modified to meet SSE-G3748 hardware design.

Testing:

  2. Verified image partitions
  3. Verified uboot and sonic platform functionalities
