We should ask 1ES folks to provide a sample, as the details in the wiki are too obscure.

This is blocking a divisional ask (company ask?) to index symbols on a local symbols server.

VS have asked us to look again into publishing the symbols on the Microsoft internal symbol server, as this is breaking compliance.
