Bee2.4 can no longer be open because "vcruntime140.dll" is no longer available at the "bin" folder of the application. This was a library that was always present until PRL32 came out which from that point, it was no longer there...

This issue maybe only affects windows 7 users, but including the library must be considered anyways.
