The DefaultValues files are similar in scope to Lists. These values can optionally define a SelectorId, and decide the default value selections of Abilities, Equipment, Feats, Passives, Prepared Spells, Skills, and Spells. Being able to insert into the Add and Prepare fields would be useful, as would being able to change the level field.
