Dear author,
we are facing a Dicom to Minc conversion failed using dcm2mnc (we use Loris 17.0 dev).
We triyed with dcm2mnc-centos-6.9_4_GE_v2 and we have the same result.
We didn't get any problems before until we try to upload a new MRI from a new device.
Information from DICOM Header are attached with this post
Hmm... I think you can close the issue. I realized we posted at the wrong Repo. Going to repost at the https://github.com/BIC-MNI/minc-tools/ instead. Sorry about the confusion. Got confused MINC-toolkit vs MINC-tool and what each repo is for.

I can chair with you a DICOM folder if you want to try by your side.
