Converts the 1340 Shotgun into a Double-Tap, Double-Barreled Hyperion Shotgun.
Boasting the damage of a Very Rare Face Time Shotgun and consuming half the ammo in a Rare Face Time, but at the cost of Fire Rate and a locked 2-Shot Magazine.
Disables some lesser parts from spawning, but should not delete previous versions of the shotgun.
