Describe the bug
BBCode list elements fail to render properly

Steps To Reproduce
(tested on SETI@Home only: may be due to local customization)

Create a Message Board post using the [list] or [list=1] tags described in https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/bbcode.php
Preview or Post the text
Observe that the '*' marking each list element is rendered as a literal, not as a bullet point ([list]) or number ([list=1])

Expected behavior
Display corresponds to documentation
