Manager/client: show user credit properly with Science United #5675

Science United uses a single account per project.
So users see the credit figures for all SU users in the Manager.

SU keeps track of per user/project statics
(not exactly credit, but something similar).

Return this in AM RPC replies and show it (instead of project-supplied values)
in the Manager.
