My apologies for such a late reply.

I am currently the only person working on this data, but am swamped with university work!
I have never had an opportunity to play beyond pre-made scenarios from the books, so am unfamiliar with the rules for building forces. If you give me a list of, or send me a link to, the rules that are missing in the roster editor then I can put them into the data.
