Under the Templar Assault rite, Templar brethren get Heart of the Legion.

This is mistakenly named "Heart of the Legion (on any turn you disembark(not emergency disembark))"

They have Heart all the time, it's only Rage (2) they get on turns they disembark.

Fixed in vigil storm shield issue as it's all imperial fists so it seemed fitting
