Timing needs to be checked for errors

In the timing option of the validation map there needs to be something in core/tinput that checks to see if timing is set to one of the valid options which currently are only :on-blur and :on-change. This could be accomplished with a set of the valid options and an error thrown if it is not one of those valid options
