Can you make this patch run in windowed mode for the game? It currently only works when the game is set to fullscreen mode. I have a low-performance Windows device, and I'd like to try running the game at 540P, but my monitor doesn't support that resolution. When I try to launch the game in fullscreen mode at 1080P, it refuses to start, so I have no way to use the patch you've created.

Yes, my monitor doesn't even support 1920x1080 or any of the listed resolutions, so I've always been running the game in windowed mode. I'm sorry; I know my request is a bit unusual.
