🐞 Describe the bug
when you try generating a QR for a site that doesn't have an SSL certificate the site just hangs. it remains in a loading state

📚 To Reproduce

  • pick a site without an SSL certificate
  • enter it into the search bar and click create

💡 Expected behavior

It should either show you an error or ignore that the site isn't protected
