Really great to see this tool moving forward. Love the updated design.
One thing: the address autocomplete seems to require a direct match. If a user types in an an address variation then they don't get an expected results. (Ex. 303 East 10th St) Fuzzier matching is possible. Might want to try it.

We use Planning Lab's Geosearch.

The output might be improved using that (forking it) and also GeoService or GeoClient.
