Supporting rustls 0.22

rustls framework changed with many breaking changes.

• For now this is blocked as quinn (as first layer dep) needs to integrate the new rustls: Update rustls to 0.23 and ring to 0.17 quinn-rs/quinn#1715

Yes, quinn and rustls are actually ready. However, upgrading the code base is not trivial as rustls did many breaking changes (even quinn has a few).

I don't have much time in these days. Hopefully, I will have some spare time during the summer (but feel free to contribute to the project if like ;) )

No worries, i just wanted to let you know since this looked fairly recent and i wasnt sure if you had missed it. I personally don't know jack shit about Rust so won't be of much help, sorry!
