Resizing 'Uninstall Plugins' doesn't resize its content #3441

OS and version: Windows 10 / Manjaro KDE
BiglyBT Version Number: B3.7.0.1_B30/4

Go to Tools > Plugins > Uninstallation Wizard...
Try to resize the window

Result: Content does not fill the available space vertically.
Expected result: List of plugins fills the available space.
