Initiation of GeoLocate tool within Occurrence Editor throws iframe error #1702

Error reported in osTicket #0005265.

I have been able to replicate this in Safari and Brave, as well as in Open Herbarium and CCH2.

I suggest reaching out to the GeoLocate (e.g. Nelson Rios) asking about this. It might be an adjustment they need to make on their end.

@egbot Can you confirm that those two portals are running the same code:

if(evt.origin.indexOf('geo-locate.org') < 0) {

I have tested that script across a few different servers, domains and browsers and it seems to be working as expected.

Yes, both portals are using that code, and that code fragment hasn't changed for years. We haven't yet been able to figure out the differences of when it does and doesn't work. Very strange.
