A BlackArch's tool called snitch is different from the modern https://github.com/cschreib/snitch. The latter is a testing framework. The former is a security-related program, and it was removed from the upstream. The removal from BlackArch may take a while, so it's worth adding an exception here. See BlackArch/blackarch#3708.

Please remove/rename a tool called
snitch
since the upstream URL doesn't exist anymore. It redirects to a tool collection which doesn't have a similar tool AFAIK. According to the Wayback Machine, it was designed for Windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT 4.0 and has now been removed. The actual problem is that its name clashes with a name of a different package from AUR which causes some inter-repository crawling issues.
