The tutorial you are reading is an old one. I have an updated version for authentication and authorization for .NET 7. You could check that out.
I am going to research new stuff and this could be a good content for .NET 8 Blazor tutorials. But before adding it to .NET 8 Blazor tutorials, I have a quick question that I hope you can provide the answer: "Is AWS Cognito free?". If AWS Cognito is not free, then I am afraid I can't research it unless sponsored.
