PR generowane przez dependabota często mają problem z codecov

niby token jest pusty ale to niemożliwe

problem pojawia sie chyba tylko jak PR tworzy dependabot i nie zawsze

może nie da sie pobierać secretów jeśli dependabot odpala builda
