Hi everyone!, So I just got 2 bluescsi kits and I have assembled them both and with the same SD card I get the initial log.txt on one, and on the other one I get it sometimes if I apply pressure to the card; lately I just dont get the log. I have re-applied solder to the terminations of the card bay but still no luck. (my kit came with the card bay pre-soldered...) I am kind of frustrated as I am getting out of Ideas on what to try -- I have checked continuity on each of the pins of the pico w, and also checked for continuity on the card and everything seems fine. I do remember that on the failing one when I managed to get the log.txt at the beginning of the log it was having issues (cannot remember what exactly it said) and then later on it showed the default stuff. Any ideas what else should I try to make this work? -- my hunch is that perhaps there is a bad contact in the SD card bay but I cannot access it. thoughts? :/ Before the led flashed out 5 times then 3 times constantly Now it just flashes 5 times constantly I have also updated to latest firmware and also went through https://bluescsi.com/docs/Troubleshooting I have a 2023.10a board with 50 pin connector |

Hi there!, On desperation I just unsoldered the whole card bay. Upon doing this turns out that several of the pins where not doing correct contact so I "bended" them a little bit and soldered back the card bay. Working like a charm now! WOHOO!!! 💃 |
