Crio - Video Header with Sticky Header has wrong background color

I have a Sticky Header.
There is a video set to the header background.
On the homepage the video shows on the Standard Header as expected.
When I scroll, the Sticky Header does not use a palette color it is always gray for some reason. It should use the color set in the Header > Background tab of the Customizer.
The code shows it's using var-color-1 but it's not

Internal pages are fine
