Change Menu Button styles to match padding / margins of other menu items

Right now when I add a button class to a menu item, I get this:

All menu items have the same spacing between them but since the padding on the button takes up some of that space, it appears uneven. Ideally we want something like this:

The spacing between each menu item is consistent up to the edge of the button.
