Standardized text/markdown/code editor

The Session widget and Sequence block both require an advanced text editor. The Session widget supports Markdown formatting, and the Sequence has its own DSL. It is likely that more comparable use cases will be added in future updates.

The text editor is implemented on a case-by-case basis right now, and would benefit from being extracted into custom and dedicated Vue components.
