Hello,
I woul dlike to set the maximom charge power with the module. This would help to get around the limitations in Germany (maximum 70% of power of the complete device). By setting the maximum charge to power to a lower value it would be possible to have a longer time of maximum power.

So it would be great to be able to have a instance to set this value.

Thank you
Volkus

Hello Volkus,

with the function "E3DC_SetWallboxChargingLocked()" you are in theory able to stop and start charging. Unfortunately with the first versions of the E3DC wallbox, this is not working and E3DC is not willing to fix this issue...

You are able to set detailed charging values with RSCP.
e.g.:
Unix: https://github.com/pvtom/rscp2mqtt
Windows: https://github.com/rxhan/RSCPGui

I'm using RSCPGui via MQTT together with my E3DC module to set the charge and discharge values for the E3DC battery.
Due to the issue mentioned above I have sold my E3DC wallbox.
Now I'm using 2 openWB wallboxes which are able to read out all values of my E3DC.

With MQTT you are able to set almost every parameter in the openWB.
--> much better then E3DC walbox

Best regards,

Juergen
