the site wutheringwaves.kurogames.com/en/main does not load.

What happened?

the site wutheringwaves.kurogames.com/en/main only shows a black screen. the non English version also load up ok. this problem is also in firefox.
i tried it with floorp and that loads it fine. i also refreshed waterfox and still is black screen.
i tried troubleshoot mode and site is now loading. don't know what would be different that's making the site load in troubleshoot mode.
