Associate distributions and parameters with individual shortSounds

Current setup has times between short sounds playing sampled from a gaussian distribution with mu=30s, sigma=10s, and a hard minimum cap of 5s. It sounds good enough as is, but a better solution might be to organize them under groups (ie corresponding to a particular computer panel that makes certain sounds, and has a sampling distribution (probably should be exponential too)

Grouping short sounds is going to be tricky. I need to think about this.
