some strings seem to be missing after the cba update to CBA_A3 v2.4.1.160606

0:02:08 String STR_CBA_FORMAT_NUMBER_DECIMAL_POINT not found
0:02:08 String STR_CBA_FORMAT_NUMBER_THOUSANDS_SEPARATOR not found

looks like arma is only loading the stringtable.xml and not the added stringtable.csv from component strings
