• From main page, I’m not sure why I should visit the site, or what I will get out of it. For example, I know if I go to TCGA-related sites I will be able to find genomic datasets to download and the website will allow me to browse the genomic data in different ways. It’s not clear what the basic datasets represented in the dashboard are.
• Unclear when visiting the site how often new data will be included or updated, or even if it will be updated
• More effort on categorization is needed in order to guide reader. The “customize” function under each “Browse” page has more detailed and straightforward categories, and thus It will be better to highlight this “customize” function on the main page. For example, in current format, it is difficult to see “interactor” category.
